Cam Cook
Professional Counselor Associate
My approach is grounded in relational perspectives, focusing strongly on the therapeutic relationship as a key part of change. I support the exploration of how past relationships can shape the way we experience emotions, connect with others, and understand ourselves, and we often explore these patterns together when it feels helpful. Through this relational lens, we can support growth in experiencing ourselves in ways that foster greater self-compassion, clarity, flexibility, and connection.
I have experience supporting people in recovery from eating disorders and those navigating body image concerns, identity exploration, OCD, depression, anxiety, and suicidality. I am passionate about body liberation and creating a warm, affirming space where clients can explore identity, process experiences, and build greater self-compassion, grounded in gender-affirming, trauma-informed, and social justice frameworks.
